Chairs Klara Nahrstedt and Philip Krein will host a CSL-sponsored Compute-Energy-Nexus Workshop.
It will happen on Wednesday, November 6. This workshop will bring together internal and external experts to discuss two major societal, research and technology-specific topics: Data Centers and Energy Optimization & Data Centers and Smart Grid.
The objectives are to bring diverse UIUC stakeholders together with selected external experts to identify challenges in these topics, and identify experts that could form teams to address these challenges.
